Heatherdale has advanced a comprehensive exploration program to delineate additional areas of high-grade mineralization at Niblack.
A 2,800-foot underground development drive and 500 feet of crosscuts, completed in 2008 at a cost of US$10 million, has provided excellent staging for the focused drilling programs.
Successful drill programs in 2009 and 2010 focused on increasing resources in the Lookout deposit.
During 2011, a comprehensive program of underground and surface drilling was developed to further expand and delineate high-grade VMS mineralization at the Lookout and Trio deposits, and to test the Mammoth zone and other priority exploration targets.
Key intersections encountered in the Lookout deposit are presented in the Niblack Assay Table.

Engineering Studies
Drilling to late 2011 expanded both the Lookout and Trio deposits, outlining significant mineral resources that laid the foundation for engineering and scoping studies to begin.
The focus in 2012 is completion of a Preliminary Economic Assessment and initiation of prefeasibility work.
