Patrick Smith is a professional geologist who brings 35 years of practical and executive management experience in the international minerals industry to Heatherdale. Prior to joining Heatherdale, he served 32 years within the Rio Tinto organization -- including senior posts as Managing Director Exploration, Australasia Region based in Perth, Australia and Exploration Executive based in London, UK. Over the course of his career with Rio Tinto, Mr. Smith has been involved with a series of globally diverse mineral exploration and development projects spanning a range of mineral commodities -- including gold, copper, molybdenum, iron ore, diamonds, industrial minerals and metallurgical coal.

David Stone is a professional mining engineer whose career spans 30 years of engineering and financial consulting on underground and surface mining projects worldwide. He has managed and led multi-disciplinary projects through pre-feasibility and feasibility level evaluations and construction, and has contributed to the engineering, design and construction of several mines.

Lena has 20 years' experience as a geologist managing major exploration projects in Alaska, British Columbia and around the world. Lena's experience includes managing onsite drill programs, coordinating environmental planning and permitting, and developing community relations activities for exploration and feasibility-level projects.

Mark is a professional engineer with 37 years' experience in base & precious metal mineral deposit evaluation and exploration. He has worked on the Mount Milligan, Kemess South, Xietongmen and Pebble East porphyry gold deposits, as well as on the Campo Morado VMS deposit. Mark has been the recipient of many awards, including: Prospector and Developers Assn. of Canada's Prospector of the Year; the SME Robert M. Dreyer Award; Explorer of the Year at the 2007 China Mining Conference; and the Thayer Lindsley International Discovery Award.

James is a professional engineer with 24 years of international experience on more than 250 base and precious metal deposits, many of which were volcanogenic massive sulphides. This includes a term as a geoscientist for Teck Cominco. James specializes in detailed geological mapping, stratigraphy, structural geology and petrology applied to mineral deposit exploration and delineation.

Keith is a professional geoscientist and open-pit production geologist with 25 years' experience in international mineral exploration. He has worked on the Prosperity, Gibraltar and Pebble exploration teams as well as on Farallon's G-9 deposit, and played a key role in advancing platinum group metal projects in South Africa. Keith was principally responsible for the discovery of four new VMS deposits in Oman.
