Scott Cousens - Chairman and Director

Scott Cousens provides management and financial services to a number of publicly traded companies associated with Hunter Dickinson. His focus for the past 20 years has been the development of relationships within the international investment community. Substantial financings and subsequent corporate success has established strong ties with North American, European and Middle Eastern investors. Mr. Cousens is also the Director of Capital Finance for Hunter Dickinson.

David Copeland - President, CEO and Director

Dave Copeland is a geological engineer with over 30 years' experience in advancing mineral projects through feasibility, permitting, engineering design and initial development phases. Mr. Copeland has undertaken assignments in the South Pacific, Africa, South and North America and China. His principal occupation is President and Director of CEC Engineering Ltd., a consulting engineering firm that directs and co-ordinates advanced technical programs for companies associated with Hunter Dickinson.

Marchand Snyman - CFO

Marchand Snyman is a dual Australian and South African Chartered Accountant and obtained a BComm (Accountancy) degree in 1988 and a BComm (Hons) (Accountancy) degree in 1989 from the University of Pretoria, and an Advanced Diploma in Treasury Management (cum laude) from the University of South Africa in 1993. He has over 15 years experience in corporate finance. From 1996-2002, he was Corporate Finance Manager and General Manager Corporate Finance and Development for Anglo Platinum. Prior to joining Hunter Dickinson in 2006, he had an established mining advisory business, working with clients in Australia, China, South Africa and the United States.

Lena Brommeland - Executive General Manager

Lena Brommeland has 20 years' experience as a geologist managing major exploration projects in Alaska, British Columbia and around the world. Ms. Brommeland's experience includes managing on-site drill programs, coordinating environmental planning and permitting, and developing community relations activities for exploration and feasibility-level projects. She also holds the position of Chief Project Services Executive with Hunter Dickinson.

Robert Dickinson - Director

Robert Dickinson is an economic geologist who has been actively involved in mineral exploration and mine development for more than 40 years. He is Chairman of Hunter Dickinson, as well as a director and member of the management teams of a number of associated public companies. He is also President and Director of United Minerals Services Ltd., a private resource company, and serves as a Director of the BC Mining Museum and a Trustee of the BC Minerals Resources Education Program.

Sharon Gardiner - Director

Shari Gardiner is Senior Advisor, Technical Compliance for Hunter Dickinson. She specializes in writing news releases, technical reports, and quarterly and annual reports for all Hunter Dickinson associated companies and has previously worked in exploration and investor relations for major and junior companies. Her work has encompassed sustainable development activities, project evaluations and field studies. An active member of the mining community, Shari is a past president of the 5,000-member Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia.

Rene Carrier - Director

Rene Carrier is a past Vice President of Pacific International Securities Inc. where he worked for 10 years until 1991. Since that time he has been President of Euro-American Capital Corporation, a private company which specializes in restructuring, administration and raising venture capital funds for junior mining companies. Mr. Carrier is also a director of a number of public companies.

Judy Thomson - Director

Judy Thomson is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of professional experience in audit, business administration and human resources, holding senior positions with a global accounting and consulting firm in Canada and Asia. She has provided administrative, financial reporting and taxation services to several limited partnerships in the mining and exploration business, and co-authored a best-selling book on business and social networking. Ms. Thomson was a director of Detour Gold Corporation from January 2007 to March 2009.

Trevor Thomas - Corporate Secretary

Trevor Thomas has practiced in the areas of corporate commercial, corporate finance, securities and mining law since 1995, both in private practice and in-house positions. Prior to joining Hunter Dickinson, Mr. Thomas served as in-house legal counsel to Placer Dome Inc.
