Heatherdale has advanced a comprehensive exploration program to delineate additional areas of high-grade mineralization at Niblack.
A 2,800-foot underground development drive and 500 feet of crosscuts, completed in 2008 at a cost of US$10 million, has provided excellent staging for the focused drilling programs.
Successful drill programs in 2009 and 2010 focused on increasing resources in the Lookout deposit.
During 2011, a comprehensive program of underground and surface drilling was developed to further expand and delineate high-grade VMS mineralization at the Lookout and Trio deposits, increasing the mineral resources in both deposits, as well as testing other priority exploration targets.
Key intersections encountered in the Lookout deposit are presented in the Niblack Assay Table.
