Heatherdale Resources Ltd. is publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) under the symbol HTR.
Heatherdale owns 100% of the Niblack copper-gold-zinc-silver project in southeast Alaska. Since 2009, the company has spent more than $28 million on the project which is at the advanced exploration stage.
The Niblack property was the focus of extensive prior mineral exploration activity -- including 195,000 feet of drilling in 246 holes, as well as historic mine operations from 1905-1908. Over 180,000 feet in 146 holes (136 underground and 10 surface) have been drilled by Heatherdale since 2009. This work expanded both the Lookout and Trio deposits, outlining significant mineral resources that laid the foundation for engineering and scoping studies initiated in 2011.
Heatherdale's senior technical team has also reinterpreted geological data from the Niblack property and is advancing an exploration program with excellent potential for delineating other significant deposits.
In February 2011, Heatherdale acquired a 60% interest, with the option to increase to 100%, in the Delta zinc-gold-silver-copper-lead project located in east-central Alaska. Delta is a mid-stage project that represents a longer-term development opportunity for the Company.
