Heatherdale has two Alaska-based assets, the advanced exploration stage Niblack Project and mid-stage Delta Project.
The Niblack copper-gold-zinc-silver project is located in southeast Alaska and the property has been the focus of extensive mineral exploration activity, including some 180,000 feet of drilling by Heatherdale since 2009. The focus in 2012 will be the completion of a Preliminary Economic Assessment, initiation of a Prefeasibility Study and drill testing of priority exploration targets.
In February 2011, Heatherdale acquired the Delta zinc-gold-silver-copper-lead project located in east-central Alaska. Delta represents a longer-term development opportunity for the Company. Exploration, including surface evaluation and drilling, was initiated in 2011.
